It took me a while to decide to commit to resistance training. To get in shape, I needed to get a little bit in shape first. So, I dedicated a month to working out at home as much as possible, taking the stairs, and walking more whenever possible. After a month, I felt ready to take the next step and start my resistance training journey.
To prepare, I spent hours researching and reading as much information as possible about the subject. I watched YouTube transformation journeys, visited Reddit and Wikipedia forums, and even consulted with a personal trainer. After a few days, I had a plan and was ready to start.
In the following posts, I will describe how I decided to start my resistance training journey. But for now, I discovered my true why which was followed by a boost of motivation, and I was fully committed to it.
And so, my transformation journey began.
